This page is intended to instruct you on how to enter or check your job
request.
How to Enter a job ticket:
To enter your job request. First click on the link
below and enter your user name and password, then click on create a job
ticket . In the new job request
entry form then from the Equipment Type drop down menu select the equipment
type. From the Location box type your location or area an and in the last
box called symptom type what problem you are experiencing. Click the Submit
Request button.
How to check a job ticket:
To check your job
request. First click on the link below and enter your user name and
password, then click on Display your jobs and if you want to
search for open jobs opened by another user then use User Search . In the
Search Open Jobs for Users page from the User Name drop down menu
select your name. You can keep all the defaults the same then click the
submit button
