New User Account Request
Each faculty is given a Windows account and an email account automatically.
Rosters+ accounts are automatically created for all faculty assigned to classes.
IT policy requires each user to have their own account and password.
No user is permitted to share their username and password with anyone.
Guest and/or generic user accounts will not be granted.
Passwords are given to the user at a training session by the Innovation Center.
The users' manager must specify the student record programs that will be made available to the user *.
Users must change their passwords every 90 days.
Accounts are deleted from the system if the user does not logon for 120 days.
