Course Description:
This course is
designed to teach managers how to communicate the values,
mission, and goals of the organization to create an environment
that encourages motivation on the part of employees. Students
learn motivational techniques and presentation skills required
to be an effective business leader. Topics also include handling
conflict, managing changes, and dealing effectively with stress.
Emphasis is on the process of developing presentation materials,
planning presentations, and using the latest communication
technology with which to deliver professional, compelling
presentations.

About the Instructor:
Mike is the
Director of Remodels
for Albertsons. Mike received a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Business from the University of Phoenix in 1999. Mike
received a certificate from the University of Southern
California for the Food Industry Executive Management program in 2004.
Mike also received an MBA from the University of Phoenix in
2005.
