Welcome to Ted Stolze's Cerritos College webpage
I have an M.A. in religion from Claremont School of Theology and a Ph.D. in philosophy from Claremont Graduate University. Over the last eight years at Cerritos College, I have enjoyed teaching a wide range of courses, including Introduction to Philosophy, Introduction to Ethics, Critical Thinking, Philosophy of Art and Beauty, Philosophy of Science and Technology, Philosophy of Cultural Diversity, World Religions, and Philosophy of the Bible. My academic research primarily deals with Spinoza, Marx, and contemporary French and Italian philosophy. Finally, I am a faculty advisor for the Philosophy Club and a former president of the Cerritos College Faculty Federation.
